One of the best accounts, Auron McIntyre, put it best regarding Daniel Penny:

The trial of Daniel Penny takes on a whole new context after Trump’s election He was charged under the old regime and its open hatred of white men He must be freed and celebrated for his heroism

I’ll go one step further: to the establishment, all white men who reject the anti-white mindset are a Daniel Penny waiting to be targeted via left-wing lawfare. [Daniel Penny labeled ‘the white man’ by prosecutor at racially charged manslaughter trial, NY Post, November 4, 2024]:

On day two of his manslaughter case, Daniel Penny ceased having a name.

He became merely “the white man.”

During the prosecution’s opening statements on Friday, they asked why Penny, 26, did “not see Mr. Neely’s humanity.”

On Monday, the Marine Corps veteran — facing 15 years for the subway chokehold that killed mentally ill homeless man Jordan Neely — was reduced by the same prosecution to his race and sex.

Over and over.

This started when 19-year-old Ivette Rosario, a bystander on the train that day, was called to the stand. Rosario, appearing visibly shy and nervous, captured a short, shaky video of Penny holding Neely in a chokehold on the uptown F train.

It became clear that Rosario, whose voice at times was barely audible, did not know Penny’s name, so she referred to him as “the white guy.”

But she was not corrected by Assistant DA Jillian Shartrand, nor did the lawyer inform Rosario of the defendant’s name. Instead, Shartrand adopted it as her own, calling him “the white man.”

Shartrand continued to question Rosario, referring to the defendant as such, more than a half a dozen times. It was jarring to hear it repeated so casually.

Given the racial undertones of the case, with BLM protesters hurling accusations of Penny being a “racist vigilante,” it felt doubly reckless. Even if it wasn’t wholly malicious.

In fact, when Penny’s defense attorney, Thomas Kenniff, got up to cross-examine Rosario, his client’s name was the first order of business. He clarified that “the white man” was indeed his client and kindly agreed with Rosario that they’d refer to him as “Danny” and Neely as “Jordan.”

Thus, “Danny” — sitting almost motionless in court — was finally back in the room.

So was the fear that Rosario, a regular subway rider, felt on May 1, 2023. The Bronx resident testified that she, like most New Yorkers, has seen her share of underground nonsense and “situations,” she said, pointedly adding, “But not like that” — not like Neely’s outburst when he boarded the train at 2 Avenue. According to witnesses, Neely said “someone is going to die today” and that he was “ready to go to Rikers” prison.

And on that short but harrowing ride, she testified, she was so nervous that she buried her head in her friend’s chest and thought she might pass out.

“I got scared by the tone. It was an angry tone,” she said of Neely’s voice and threats of violence.

Rosario’s footage, which was shown to the jury, darted around, barely capturing a clear shot of Penny and Neely, their figures obscured by her friend’s coat.

The one object that was very much in focus: Rosario’s non-recording hand, shaking violently in the frame.

In the video, one onlooker can be heard saying, “He’s dying — you gotta let go!” as another said, “Let him go.”

She told jurors, “Yeah, you can hear it in the video, but in the moment, I couldn’t hear it in the moment.”

Later, the jury was shown a far more graphic video, this one shot by Mexican journalist Juan Alberto Vazquez, who lives in Brooklyn. Through a translator, he testified that his journalistic instincts kicked in, leading him to film Penny holding Neely as the struggle ensued — and another man helped to restrain Neely’s arms.

The unfolding horror and tragedy understandably proved too much for Neely’s father, Andre Zachary, who left the courtroom as it played for the jury.

For his part, Penny seemed to be staring straight ahead, briefly glancing toward the large screen for a split second before his head almost reflexively snapped back. It’d be easier for us to all look away. Ignore how our city’s disastrous, “compassionate” policies toward the mentally ill and unhinged violent drug users have endangered everyday New Yorkers.

But one man didn’t look away during the chaos. And he’s standing trial for it.

Two points: let the major cities of the USA rot for the time being. Do not try and be a hero, saving citizens from deranged blacks (the latter of whom most regard as quasi-Gods bereft of judgement because the “content of their character” is obviously pure). And two, Daniel Penny was, as Auron wrote, made to pay for violating this rule via the anti-white regime in control of New York City (insert major US city here). We have gang databases and have information on repeat offenders. We don’t have to live this way, and could easily sweep through every major US city and do massive arrests using RICO of gangs and criminals, making public transportation safe overnight.

We are not there yet, but Daniel Penny was the hero we needed to take a stand, and defy point one. He has faced incredible consequences and jail for his heroism, but he has stoically stood through it all as a White Man. He is the Rosa Parks – just some Communist-trained black lady who destroyed public transportation in Montgomery long ago – of our era. This time, his choke hold inadvertently will lead to the liberation of public transportation.

We didn’t have to live this way until a White Man decided to prove Atlanta Braves great John Rocker wrong about riding the subway in New York City.

With every act of defiance against the anti-white system (even if the initial act wasn’t done in an explicitly white fashion), more and more white people see the truth. It’s actually happening, and we are witness to it all in real-time.

The only reason this is news is because a nigra expired, though not really, at the hands of a White man, period. Any other shade of color, or role reversal, no one gives a crap – maybe it’s even celebrated. Though chivalry, doing the right thing and helping others is pretty much coded into White dna, more and more, we just have to walk away – in this corrupted day and age, there’s no seeming upside, at least at the moment, other than perhaps personal. Is potentially spending years in prison or losing your life or martyrdom worth it? I guess each White person has to answer that question…

Gotham is trash, right now it deserves a dark and scary hero (Penny), but what it truly needs is someone who will defend the city with honest law enforcement, like a good District Attorney or Attorney General who will clean up all of the trash. Instead, the current District Attorney (Alvin Bragg) and Attorney General (Letitia James) are trash.

New York City is the epitome of citizen disarmament whose residents have been taking it for a very long time…and apparently liking it.

Since the Sullivan Laws were enacted, enabling the most extreme and restrictive limits on the acquisition and uses of firearms, the Constitutional right to defend one’s self and others has been almost totally obliterated.

Once restricted to handguns, the laws have been extended to rifles and shotguns, all of (what were supposed to be “registered”) demanding that they either be confiscated or taken out of NYC.

I’ll bet that those people who voluntarily turned in their weapons added to NYC police officers’ gun collections.

NYC prosecutors relish the thought of prosecuting those who legally defend themselves, even a “rolled up newspaper” is considered to be an illegal “weapon”.

The honest citizen is the easiest person to charge and convict.

If you defend yourself successfully against a criminal without NYC police being involved, you WILL be prosecuted.

Witness Daniel Penny who is being viciously prosecuted for saving fellow subway passengers from mentally ill Jordan Neely who had been harassing and threatening subway passengers for decades.

The case of the bodega owner, Jose Alba who successfully thwarted a knife attack, his attacker succumbing to his injuries, was under indictment and prosecution for murder until a groundswell of opposition forced the prosecutor to back off on prosecuting him.

The case of Bernie Goetz, the subway rider who thwarted being robbed by dispatching three of his attackers to the “great hereafter”. Subway crimes dropped dramatically after that act. If Goetz had kept his mouth shut, no one would have been the wiser.

What kind of society prosecutes the victim of a crime?

It happens in NYC all the time.

You see, the approximately 36,000 NYC police officers constitute a powerful lobby and do not want to give up their monopoly on the use of force.
They cannot have their monopoly on the use of force jeopardized by allowing honest citizens to provide for their own self-defense by “taking the law into their own hands”.

Despite having relatives who live in NYC, I will not visit or enter NYC. This also applies to New Jersey.

  7. Daniel Penny had to choose to do what he thought was right at the time. As an ex-Marine he had the knowledge and skill to deactivate a man who was threatening people unable to help themselves. New York City is not a safe place to have integrity, but Penny made that choice. Recently it has been disclosed in court that Penny’s action did not kill the black deranged man. He died later from not getting immediate help from the police and ERs. Even the responding cops were so disgusted by the man that they didn’t do any necessary personal contact. Is that now a new racial conflict?

Daniel Penny Trial: Homeless Man ‘Still Had Pulse After Chokehold That Prosecutors Say Killed Him’
    renegade November 2, 2024 4
“Paramedics from Northwell Health arrived on the train at 2.48pm – 15 minutes after the police.

At 3.13pm – almost 45 minutes after police first arrived – Neely was still on the train, by then surrounded by paramedics. The bodycam released by the court today ends then.

He was not pronounced dead until he arrived at Lenox Health Hospital in Greenwich Village later that afternoon.

Among witnesses on the first day of evidence was an NYPD Sergeant who testified that none of his team performed mouth-to-mouth on Neely because he was a ‘drug user’.

‘He seemed to be a drug user.. he was an apparent drug user. He was very dirty. I didn’t want them to get… hepatitis.

‘If he did wake up he would have been vomiting. I didn’t want my officers to do that.

‘He was filthy. He looked like a homeless individual. You have to protect your officer,

‘I wouldn’t want my officer to get sick if the person throws up,’ he said.

The prosecutor’s argument is a comical disgrace.”

Here’s one example, but this guy has a good channel that points out a lot of the hypocritical justice cases around the country. His YouTube channel is worth a follow. He points out the obvious in a way his channel isn’t banned or demonetized.

An unwillingness to acknowledge the fact that blacks commit the great preponderance of violent crime has hampered police work for decades. In the mid 1960s, rates of armed robbery on New York City’s small businesses were skyrocketing. These crimes were vicious affairs in which business owners were terrorized, beaten, and often cold-bloodedly executed even after they had given up their money. In April 1968, Police Commissioner Howard Leary created the Stakeout Unit (SOU), an elite 40-man squad of the NYPD’s finest marksmen. These officers were secreted in the back rooms of businesses that had been routinely victimized. When robbers came in, the officers would pop out with guns drawn and make an arrest. If the robbers tried to fight it out, they were shot. Though the program was very popular with storeowners, it was shutdown in June 1973. The New York Times wrote, “Although a department spokesman said that ‘efficiency’ was the only reason for disbanding the stakeout unit, it was criticized because of the large number of holdup men it killed and because so many of them were black.” (NYT, June 20, 1973, p. 89.) There had never been a charge of unnecessary force or wrongful death against the SOU, but of 43 holdup men shot, only two were white. In other words, 95 percent of these predators were black, and most had lengthy criminal records. The unit’s CO, Lt. Jim Brady, pointed out quite logically that his officers were not seeking out black perpetrators. The perpetrators were coming to them. His officers had no choice in the matter. SOU veteran Jim Cirillo said, “During that time all you heard on the radio was ‘Be on the lookout for two black males, with guns… three black males… Mutt and Jeff team, two black males.’ That was all that was pulling the robberies at that time! What the hell did they expect? We were dying for some Irish-Italian kid to come in, we’d have blown him right out of his socks to show we were equal opportunity shooters!” Nevertheless, the highly effective unit was shut down rather than accept the racial reality.

Thanks. I grew up there. But I saw how ridiculous New York’s decades of failed liberal policies were and left for good. I still have some relatives in that cesspool, but not many. I was pretty young, but lived through the blackout of 1977; an ” excuse” for the underclass to loot like crazy. The only thing that saved our block was the fact that my stepfather, a big Police Benovelence Association supporter all of his life, had some hunting rifles, distributed them to other male neighbors, and set up watches to protect everyone. New York is the city that never learns. Daniel Patrick Moynihan, a senator from there, was attacked for saying prescient things such as “When you subsidize certain types of behavior, you get more of it”, even back in the 1960’s, but he was right.

  11. Anon[408] • Disclaimer says:

There was a similar situation on a New York subway earlier this year, the difference being that two illegals were the ones being attacked and subsequently no charges filed. I watched the entirety of the video, I’m not sure it’s available anymore, but the black guy is the obvious aggressor and the illegal Mexican man stands up to confront him. They get into a tussle and an illegal Mexican woman runs up and stabs the black guy in the back several times, the black guy then retrieves a gun and somehow the illegal Mexican guy wrestles it away and shoots and kills the black aggressor.

The reason I can’t use the illegals names is because every article I read only lists them as “man and woman” obviously protecting their identity because they’re illegals. Note the contrast in how the Mexican illegals case was handled and swept under the rug vs Penny’s case. Imagine for a second if it was a White woman helping a White man on that NY subway train stabbing the black aggressor in the back… oh lawdy there’d be riots along with the trial of the century!

When you ride the NYC subway, it’s obvious that there is an overabundance of sick and depraved individuals roaming around. Let’s pray that Daniel Penny will be exonerated.

Ah, those “happy-go-lucky teens” again! Perps were as young as 13. Due to their ages, most were not identified in the press, with the exception of Sylvanus Musa, 18. If you guessed “orc,” you guessed correctly. They were doing what they do best, what they were born to do, and what they’ll continue to do after they receive the usual slap on the wrist and release because they’re “so young” and “they didn’t mean nuffin” and “I don’t want to see another young black man sent to the white man’s prison.”

The woke tell us “diversity is our strength.” This is the reality of “diversity.” If diversity is our strength, then terminal cancer is better than Vitamin C.

Foxx is currently a disaster as the States Attorney in Cook County, Chicagoland area. Her policies have resulted in nothing but more crime, more violence, more problems since she has determined that her office will not follow state law in the charging of criminal offenses. Where was the state Attorney General’s Office? Never mind, that office is controlled by a criminal loving negro who would never correct an out of cage rogue prosecutor. Foxx has not run for reelection and a new Cook County States Attorney has been elected, unfortunately also a democrat but has the credentials as a former prosecutor who is White (that’s an amazing thing in Cook County) and has promised to reverse the insanity of Foxx’s leadership. Foxx was Soros backed, hated law enforcement, hated Whites, loved violent criminals and was herself a no talent former assistant in the States Attorneys office. Although pictures of the perps weren’t published, if you search online for the “restaurant” where this took place, you see nothing but Africans.

    As expected.

    Wherever blacks go, the destroy…
I among many other Whites was “ethnically cleansed” and encouraged to move out of Detroit. As soon as blacks moved in to my neighborhood, criminal activity increased.
Initially, I tried to be diplomatic about it, recognizing that “not all blacks are bad” (they’re not). The criminal activity increased, the perpetrators ALWAYS being black.
Push came to shove when my black neighbor (who I got along with well) introduced me to his own black dysfunctional “ghetto rat” relatives. I restored an old car to near showroom condition and parked it in my driveway.
My neighbor’s visiting relatives decided that it would be a good place to sit (on the hood). Asking them to remove themselves was met with “f#ck you, White m#therf#cker”. Upon presenting my complaint to my neighbor, he remarked that “boys will be boys” and to “just let it go”.
Things got worse in my neighborhood when my neighbor’s (hoodrat) relatives decided that breaking into cars and residences was a good career choice. My friendly relations with my neighbor cooled considerably.
The final straw was the municipal “tickets” that us whites received for “infractions” committed by my black neighbors. Trash dumpsters were provided by the city, one for every two residences placed in the alley. These were large containers, easily large enough to accommodate two residences trash disposal. My black neighbors refused to use the containers, strewing their trash throughout the alley.
    Guess who got ticketed?
It wasn’t my black neighbors, but us (remaining) Whites. It’s as if the city was “encouraging” us to move.
Well, after multiple break-ins of both cars and my residence, I finally had enough and moved to an all-White enclave. I have never been happier.
If my experiences (among that of other Whites) are not examples of “ethnic cleansing”, I don’t know what is…
    P. S.: There are those who may think that the “nice black doctor” or “lawyer” living in their neighborhood is OK, but wait until they introduce and bring their “ghetto rat” relatives into your environment…
Ethnic cleansing of Whites as been going on for a long time. It is never recognized as such…

It is Kim Foxx. I like to call her Kim Foxxxxx. Her name would be perfect for a porn star

But neither the face nor the body. Those are perfect for the sidekick in a Tarzan movie.

If you are the ex-Marine you say you are, then you have pledged yourself to be a hero when needed. Why argue with a hero-to-be?
