Last week I mentioned the 13 million dollar payout from New York City to Antifa who got their hair mussed by the NYPD during the George Floyd riots. That’s nothing to the 1.8 billion-dollar settlement to blacks and Hispanics who failed the teacher-licensing exam from 1994 to 2014. They failed, the judgment says, because the exam was biased against black people and Hispanic people.

Those White Supremacist New York City test-preparers managed to phrase the questions on the Liberal Arts and Sciences Test for teacher certification eleven years running so that black and Hispanic test-takers wouldn’t be able to give correct answers!

The settlement is bad enough in itself, but even worse is the time this lawsuit has been rolling on: twenty-seven years.
All right, it’s not precisely the same lawsuit, nor the same defendant; but it is all in continuous line of descent from a lawsuit filed in 1996 by four teachers against the city’s Board of Education. (The case is known as Gulino v. Board of Education and it has its own website here.)
Twenty-seven years of litigation: state courts, federal courts, appeal after appeal … There’s probably another $1.8 billion there in lawyers’ fees and salaries of judges and court officers.
This is the madness of our time.
And again, twenty-seven years: yes, it’s been a long time.
The main reason I couldn’t work up enough indignation about this for last week’s podcast is sheer Indignation Fatigue.
I did a lo-o-ong piece — over 2,500 words lo-o-ong—for National Review Online back in 2009 about Ricci v . DeStefano. That was the case of the 20 white firefighters suing the town of New Haven, Connecticut for throwing out the results of the 2003 town firefighters’ test. The town threw out the test results because not enough blacks and Hispanics had passed.

Again, that was written fourteen years ago.
And still the Race Denialism continues. Here’s one from the Stamford Advocate, a local newspaper in Stamford, Connecticut, on March 18th this year:
Black students in Stamford are suspended at five times the rate of white students and more than double the rate of Hispanic students, according to data presented by the school district.

The actual numbers for suspension rates are given in percentages as: blacks 9.8, Hispanic 4.4, whites 1.8, Asians 1.2.
In other words, this bears out Rushton’s Rule of Three, as proposed by the late J. P. Rushton thirty years ago.
The rule states that a wide variety of behavioral and physical traits, when carefully quantified, show blacks at one end of the scale, Asians at the other, whites in between.
Rushton didn’t include Hispanics, but when you do they fall between blacks and whites.
And this thing from Stamford is a news story in 2023!
What would be a real news story after all these decades would be something that violated Rushton’s Rule of Three for the traits that Rushton measured.
But … nothing ever does.
Indignation fatigue? Oh yeah.

Democrats claim to be the party of science and reason, but they clearly aren’t. In addition to race denialism, they have also claimed in recent years that the Covid vaccines were safe and prevented disease transmission and that, because of global warming, we need to alter society, de-industrialize and become poorer. As an aside – can anyone cite specific examples of those “biased” test questions that, for 11 interminable years (a slave) the Whites and yellows ran concentric rings around the blacks ‘n browns? I am very curious to see if I can detect the implicit racial bias of said questions in order to understand why they posed such a formidable obstacle to some, but not others.
One more thing – what about the blacks ‘n browns who DID pass the test and had to spend the last 20 years dodging bullets in the classroom? How do they feel about their peers griftin’, shuckin’ an’ jivin’ their bad selfs into megamillions?
What they’ve done is eliminate any and all feedback and correction, which is the source of human adaptability. Thereby rendering the institutions they control maladaptive.
The results? We’re living with them now, cultural impoverishment and societal collapse.

I’m 100% serious too. Giving a bunch of money to thousands, or millions of completely uneducated, anti-social, impoverished, malfunctioning American blacks will certainly create astronomical numbers of “deaths by exuberance”, drug overdoses, newly purchased sports car road fatalities (along with everyone they kill in the process of killing themselves).
They will also open a million record labels, hair and nail salons, African art boutiques, night clubs, strip clubs, you name it, all to end failed.
Oh, and don’t forget this as seed money to really start the drug dealing street hustle they always wanted, so plan on that explosion too.
Gangs will buy more guns and drugs, and get more violent.
And not for nothing, but plan on many of them robbing and killing each other; after their record labels and rap careers fail, and the night clubs go bankrupt, etc.
It will be the “poor person lottery winner story” played out times millions!
That said, yes, some will actually use the money wisely, start real businesses, or maybe move back to the motherland where they can make that money stretch for the rest of their lives, etc. Some of the smart ones will use this as a once in a generation, life changing opportunity…
But most? This will be the worst thing that ever happened to them.

I can easily imagine some genius imagining a 666-D move in regards to this. As in, import a lot of Sub-Saharan African blacks and thus generate tensions between them and black American descendants of slaves over who should get reparations gibs.
