Pope Francis is calling on his Bishops to crush advocates of traditional Catholicism by severely undermining those who choose to practice the pre-Vatican II liturgy.

Francis’ sudden decision, declared in the apostolic letter Traditionis Custodis, is virtually unprecedented. The letter completely reverses Pope Benedict’s 2007 Summorum Pontificum, which allowed practitioners of the old mass to co-exist in the same parishes with the Novus Ordo mass, which was developed by liberal clerics in the 1960s.

Under Traditionis Custodis, Bishops are instructed to prevent Latin Mass from being celebrated inside Catholic Church property, to provide theological tests where traditional Catholics are forced to affirm the basic tenets of Vatican II, and to ban clerics from allowing any new traditionalist Catholic groups from cropping up in their parishes.

Benedict’s decision to tolerate traditional Catholics was seen as an attempt to prevent a schism, but Francis believes that allowing socially conservative Catholics to operate using Church infrastructure has allowed them to grow too strong instead.

One study in 2018 found that despite having little to no official support from the Vatican, Traditional Latin Mass vocations outnumbered new mainstream Vatican II priests by a margin of 7 to 1. The explosive growth is a reaction to political and cultural degeneration in the United States and Europe that the mainstream Vatican often rides the coattails of. Various gay activists and cultural leftists inside the Church have for years warned Francis — who has in the past condemned traditional Catholic youth for being too “rigid” — that drastic action must be taken to prevent traditional Catholics from ascending.

In recent times, Francis has encountered enormous resistance whenever he puts out feelers suggesting reforming doctrine to accommodate homosexual practices, various boutique liberal fads or broader submission to Jewish interests. Conservative Catholics were even able to pressure US Bishops to recommend banning US President Joe Biden from receiving communion over his position on abortion, which caused the Vatican great embarrassment.

A source familiar with discussions among Church hierarchs in the United States told National Justice that liberal Catholic authorities have been complaining to Francis about traditionalists outmaneuvering them and undermining their authority.

In recent years, a wave of young men have joined various parishes, and older authorities have been horrified at their “anti-Semitism,” “homophobia,” and other illiberal beliefs. While Vatican-endorsed liberalism dominates Catholic media in the US, Latin Mass has served as a banner for believers to rally to in order to reject the status quo and network for both religious and secular political agendas.

A Catholic intellectual who insisted on not being named told National Justice that works by E. Michael Jones and Father Denis Fahey are influential among young traditional Catholics, something that has even caused them to clash behind the scenes with neo-conservative “old guard” in the Latin Mass movement. This has started to attract heat from Jewish organizations. Occasionally, the backroom fights become public, such as the incident last year where Bishop Kevin C. Rhoades in South Bend, Indiana launched a nasty public attack against E. Michael Jones for his “anti-Semitism.”

As the Church struggles to attract new members and hold on to old ones, it prefers to try and destroy its only growing branch over defy Washington and Brussels. Many Catholics National Justice has spoken to believe that Francis’ latest move is only the beginning of a wider purge to consolidate his papacy’s power.

This Pope Francis is an absolute disgusing subhuman scumbag, controlled by the Judaists, who are using him to exterminate the goyim. It is therefore time to get out of Christianity, a disgusting cult that is the cause of the genocide of the white race (by the Judaists, who hate Christians).

First of all, Biden, under the orders of the Judaists, has let in millions of 3rd world aliens, and using the military to fly them into the interior.

  2. Conservative Catholics were even able to pressure US Bishops to recommend banning US President Joe Biden from receiving communion over his position on abortion, which caused the Vatican great embarrassment.

The God-given mission of the pope is to stand up for the Faith passed down from the Apostles in every detail and in the face of all opposition. Yet the Vatican under evil Francis is more embarrassed that the censure of true Catholics, both lay and clerical, might offend Biden—a treasonous usurper who spits daily on Christ and His Cross and mocks the religion he hypocritically claims to embrace as he pursues a course of treachery and immorality for which Dante would have consigned him to hell—than it is ashamed to be caught undermining the tenets of the Faith and scandalizing thereby millions of the pious.

Surely this is evidence enough that the pope and those around him ought to be aggressively interrogated by those who elected him—i.e., cardinals—as a prelude to charging him with numerous counts of formal and material heresy, perhaps even apostasy. As, alas, most of the cardinals are quite as bad as this monstrous pope, nothing of the sort is likely to happen anytime soon.

It grows plainer with each passing day that for the remnant of true Catholics, an era of trial and perhaps even persecution is about to be inaugurated. As such, it will partner aptly with the similar and closely conjoined era of persecution for whites in Europe and the USA—and that train has already left the station.

Many Traditional Catholics are already praying that God will call Francis to his eternal judgment posthaste, preferably in a manner indicative of His grave displeasure.

Regardless of whatever merits the Tridentine mass may have, the infiltration of the Church by a fifth column is not helpful regardless of their intentions, and nobody should expect the leadership of an organization to abide members of the organization undermining them.

That said, notwithstanding the assertions made in this article, the Pope has essentially said the bishops should make sure the Tridentine mass doesn’t become a touchstone for the development of a fifth column of people attempting to undermine the Church, since it was approved for use as a supplement, not a retrogression.

  4. Dumbo says:
    @g8way

It’s the opposite, it’s the Pope himself and the current Church top hierarchy that are undermining the Church, in contrast to the few Traditionalists who want to keep it alive.

The proof stands in the higher relative popularity of traditional rites, while every attempt of “modernization” just ends in more and more empty churches, that has been happening since 1965 (coincidentally, Vatican II).

Don’t you get it? No faithful wants a “modern Church” waving the Fag Rainbow flag and kneeling to Gaia and Pachamama and BLM, and worshipping masks and the Covid cult. Progressivism already does that in spades! To “modernize” any institution is to kill it.

Pseudo-Pope Francis wants to kill the Catholic Church, not to keep it alive.

  5. @g8way

Your comment kicks truth into the gutter and puts falsehood in its seat. The actual treasonous fifth column was the subversive coalition of Jews, Masons, and other Christophobes who implemented Vatican II and ran it with open contempt for the genuinely Catholic council fathers. The closest present-day analogue of the council’s modus operandi can be seen in the way that the US government has been conducting show trials of whites since the (((Establishment))) coup that subverted the 2020 election.

Only a fool or an anti-Catholic plant would call the Mass of All Time an instrument to undermine the Church. Rather, it is the Church’s most perfect act of adoration of and submission to God. Its celebration does not require permission and never did, and anyone, including the pope, who says otherwise ipso facto declares himself an enemy of truth and its Eternal Author.

  7. The Argentinian really is a despicable toad.

Typical psychopathic behaviour – seeking to stamp out an alternative or rival centre of power, regardless of its merits; completely oblivious to the fact that this sort of crap never works, especially now that he can’t order opponents burnt at the stake – the faithful will simply move underground and experience a fortification and invigoration of their faith.

But you can’t teach psychopaths, you can only endure them while you try to push them slowly but surely into the basement office or out of the organisation.

    Good on the traddies!

Once the church had the absolute power of life and death over millions, but now it’s just a coven of neutered perverts prancing around in ridiculous costumes while sniping at gays and sheltering child molesters: I call that real progress. And the best is yet to come…

    “This Pope is an Apostate”

I am looking forward to see the response of the Society of Saint Pius X (SSPX).

They have always walked a very thin line of Schism. As the foremost practitioners of the Traditional Latin Mass, this papal edict, if rigorously enforced, could push SSPX over the line into full blown Schism.

I have followed this organization from its inception. It is a fossilized remnant of the 2000 year pre-1965 Vatican II Church. I cannot imagine them giving up the Latin Mass.

Like the boy who cried: “The Emperor is Naked”:

The Pope has arrived at point were some high clerics will either cry “This Pope is an Apostate”, or this languishing near dead Church, founded by Jesus through his agent Peter, is dead!

And the delicious irony of this death, if the prolific Catholic scholar E. Michael Jones is to believed … the death of Jesus’ Church will be at the hands of the Jews.

They will have completed the project they set upon at Calvary.

Indeed, Bergoglio is an Anti-Christian fanatic. Someone who would seek to become “Pope” for the purpose of desecration. It smells of Satanism. Churches burning, we cannot imagine this “Pope” shedding a tear what has happened to Christendom.

  13. Unwillingness to compromise defeats collegiality and signals tyranny, does it not? And what could better demonstrate the pretense of infallibilty than to shut down the opposing point of view? Isn’t this what dictators do? Look East (Orthodox Christian), young believer.

  14. @BuelahMan

Assuming your question isn’t just a rhetorical gibe, the best answer to it has undoubtedly been given by Léon de Poncins (1897–1975), a hereditarily titled French controversialist and scholarly historian of conspiracies (many but not all of them being Jewish in origin). Quite a few of his books have been translated into English and the other Western tongues, but most of those translations are long out of print. As they are consistent in their revelations of the plots and subversions of Jews, Communists, and other radical leftists over the course of centuries, no one in the Establishment is eager to see them back on the shelves. (Considering how few people still read books, however, it probably wouldn’t matter if they were again made widely available.)

Fortunately, however, the book that best answers your question, Judaism and the Vatican: An Attempt at Spiritual Subversion, is available. It is a straightforward documentary study—i.e., no tinfoil-hat speculations—more than half of whose pages consist largely of extended word-for-word quotations (always with the source cited) from the publications and correspondence of those within and without the Church who actively worked to make it “jewy” in the three decades preceding and culminating in the opening of Vatican II in 1962.

This is a link to what Amazon still stocks of Poncins’s books and pamphlets.

This is far from the first time that popes have transformed the church into something new. Like a march of conservatives seeking to preserve the liberalism of yesteryear, a generation of “traditional” papists will emerge, ready to honor Francis when his successor overtakes him in modernism.

To us unhappy infidels, watching this argument is like watching a fraudster victimize a mark: it’s done with trickery and subterfuge, and intellectual betrayal. Just because it’s happening here, in an arena for which you have little respect, does NOT mean political battles are being fought differently in arenas where you have a stake.

This same mushy tenor pervades today’s western culture: no truth that might clearly determine policy is allowed to come to light. This loss of clarity is horrifying to anyone who appreciates rational behavior.

It is by no means impossible that Francis would vigorously cooperate with secular authorities to punitively sequester, actively discriminate against, perhaps even persecute Traditionalists. The fact that more than 95 percent of American Trads, whether they supported Trump or were indifferent (or worse) toward him, hold the view that the Biden mob stole the 2020 election has not escaped the Deep State’s notice.

  27. Maybe it’s time for me to hand in my Catholic card. The RC Church as an institution is corrupt from top to bottom. Although I have been to Tridentine Mass a number of times (by no means a regular attendee), I find it highly offensive that Pope Inc. would take that away from the devout sector of steady mass-going RCs. The Tridentine mass is a far more fulfilling experience than the vast majority of clown masses that happens at most ordinary parishes each week. The only similar experience one could have is attending an Orthodox eucharist -or a decent Eastern Catholic eucharist. Pope Inc. knows it has all these devout Catholics by the short hairs because they believe that without the Pope the whole faith is null and and void. If they broke ranks, most pious Catholics would feel as if they ran away and joined a bunch of snake handling holy rollers. That would be the last thing they’d do. If Frankie the Fake really plays hard ball with these Trad Catholics they could go to the St Pius X group – but one would have to pry those Papal fingers off of one’s short hairs – and I don’t know much willingness or capability exist in that department.

Catholicism lost its way with the imposition of the changes wrought by the “Vatican II Ecumenical Council” which was an infiltration by jews and protestants meant to change the whole character and nature of the Catholic Church.
The Vatican II “Ecumenical Council” was a successful “coup” perpetrated by jews and protestants against the Catholic Church.
It is FACT that “crypto-jews” adopted Catholicism, gaining positions as priests and bishops as a long-term plan to infiltrate the Catholic Church and destroy it from within. This has been going on for approximately one-hundred years…
In pre-Vatican II days, Church doctrine recognized that jews WERE the “enemy”, bent on destruction of the Catholic faith–not to be abused, but to be recognized as such, and that there was a jewish cabal residing within the Church hierarchy whose aim was to destroy the Church from within.
The same situation exists with the homosexual problem in the Catholic clergy. The Catholic Church, being a worldwide institution has always had a much greater visible presence and accordingly, its “problems” are more widely noted. These same “crypto-jews” being priests and bishops had a long time in which to wreak their havoc. In fact, it was these same “crypto-jew” bishops, some being homosexuals themselves, who accepted known homosexuals into the priesthood, ostensibly as long as the candidates “promised not to act on their homosexual tendencies”–an impossibility and disaster for the Catholic Church.
There is a visceral hatred of the Catholic Church that exists widely among jews and protestants, especially Baptists who take small portions of the Bible and concentrate their beliefs on them. Since the “mainstream media” is almost completely jew-owned, it is a convenient vehicle in which to spew its rabidly anti-Catholic hatred and bias.
Homosexual pedophilia is actually more rampant among protestant and jews, but is never noted as such. The Catholic Church IS attempting to remedy this problem.
Yes, the Catholic Church has “warts”, just as all earthly institutions do, but to blame the Catholic Church for the world’s ills is clearly due to hatred, not fact.

To tell the truth, my general impression of Christianity is as a Judaism 2.0, a major bug fix only distantly related to 1.0. The ideas that I find most inspirational are “I am the way the truth and the light”, and the socio-political attitudes expressed in the Beatitudes and them Good Samaritan, which encourage dialing back tribal exclusivity and racism, and turning the other cheek to de-escalate interpersonal hostility.

Like democracy itself, however, Christian values require a strong, extra-governmental cultural ethic and sense of fair play in order to resist opportunistic attack. But resistance has collapsed: fair play has become a joke, and cultural norms have been under attack for a century or two, to the point where mainstream culture now reflexively promotes its own demise.

All this is playing out amidst a collapse in critical thinking and a proliferation of industrial-strength deception. It’s a situation that invokes the meme of Satan as the Great Deceiver. He must be having a field day.

  31. Many Catholic friends of mine including myself count this Pope as a fraud. He is quite possibly the biggest fraud in the last 100 years. It couldn’t have been more obvious that Pope Benedict, a strict traditionalist, was forced out of his position and it had absolutely nothing to do with his health. He has been seen walking around quite healthy and sane.

  32. G. Poulin says:

Most Catholic traditionalists do not see Benedict as a fellow trad. They see him as a thoughtful man who was kind to them. Unlike the current guy, who is hell-bent on harming them. I am beginning to agree with those critics of the Church who say that too much depends on what popes say and do. Popes should be seen and not heard, and preferably not seen very often. The papacy in our time has become an engine of destruction.

What’s so funny is worshipping a god who, by all evidence, is so powerless that he can’t even keep his own vicar from becoming an agent of evil.

  36. Raches says:

So-called “traditional Catholic” congregations which illogically still accepted the authority of the current “pope” are Judas goats. This is obvious, when the situation is viewed with objective detachment. With incredible hypocrisy, these “traditional Catholic” congregations keep the flock of Catholic sheep giving allegiance, money, and support to a church that, according to traditional Catholic law, may as well be the Church of Satan. Of what worth is the Latin mass, when, according to canon law, it is performed under the authority of the Devil? The sooner that these groups die off, the better.

Devout Catholic theologians have proved beyond peradventure of a doubt that, according to the Church’s own laws, there has been no legitimate pope since 1958, and the so-called “popes” have not even been Roman Catholic. Thus, it is a tragedy that believers do not see the syllogism that I have stated above; but it is a dark comedy for believers to grant any allegiance whatsoever to a Church that, by their own beliefs, is ruled by Satan’s Vicar.

  37. BuelahMan says:

There WAS a huge difference. At one time, Catholics and Protestants held jews accountable and ridded themselves of their machinations.

It was the change to jewy-like attitudes that killed off the only adversity to judaism that the world knows.

  38. @SeekerofthePresence

Eastern Orthodoxy has a much more sensible ecclesiology. If the bishop is a heretic, you bounce him. If a Patriarch is a heretic, then the other Patriarchs anathemize him. If the Pope is a heretic (usually along with the whole Vatican curia) there is no recourse. The Papacy is a historical development, not something divinely mysterious or divinely instituted. It was a development that was beneficial to Western Christianity because of the chaos of the Germanic invasions, but eventually developed into a hideous monster. Thankfully there were many good popes along the way, but it was always a crap shoot. It would be interesting to think of what would have happened if there were no split in 1054. What would have been a united Church’s response to Islam? Would there have been a Protestant Reformation? Would groups like the Cathars, Waldensians and Hussites have sprung up? When you examine the relationship of the secular state and the Church, the Eastern Church’s model was very faulty as the clown show going on in the West. The East saw the Byzantine emperor as the protector. When emperor and Patriarch were on the same page, things were fine, but when emperor was a heretic (iconoclasm) or just a corrupt ruler, the patriarch was at the mercy of the emperor. By the Middle Ages, even though nations states developed -Britain, France, Poland, Hungary, & eventually the Scandinavian states and those on the Iberian peninsula – the pope being a secular ruler as well as a spiritual leader could either abuse that power or use it wisely. He could keep the kings etc. in line with threat of excommunication – even when the issues had nothing to do with theology. By the year 1000, the Holy Roman Empire was a joke. It would have been better if 3 or 4 large German states formed, and maybe a large Italian state in northern Italy as well (this is definitely wishful thinking on my part). Papal excesses in secular matters are what gave birth to rebellion and eventually the Reformation.
