That Jamaican immigrant Tanya S. Chutkan is the judge in the Trump Jan 6 lynching sends a message to all Americans: this is a communist coup and the Biden Mob intends to emulate Joseph Stalin’s Show Trials.

Stalin in the 1930s successfully intimidated all Russian opposition and the Show Trials were merciless spectacles that played an important role in the process. They featured flagrant judicial and prosecutorial misbehavior, most notoriously by prosecutor Andrey Vyshinsky.

Significantly, even elements in the U.S. Regime Media seem to be worried by Chutkan’s blatant lack of a judicial temperament. Thus AP’s nervous story The judge assigned to Trump’s Jan. 6 case is a tough punisher of Capitol rioters, [by Michael Kunzelman, AP, August 2, 2023] whimpers:

Chutkan has sentenced at least 38 people convicted of Capitol riot-related crimes. All 38 received prison terms, ranging from 10 days to over five years…Other judges typically have handed down sentences that are more lenient than those requested by prosecutors. Chutkan, however, has matched or exceeded prosecutors’ recommendations in 19 of her 38 sentences. In four of those cases, prosecutors weren’t seeking any jail time at all.

Kunzelman also has the journalistic integrity to note Chutkan’s flagrant partisanship:

Judge Trevor McFadden, a Trump nominee, suggested during a hearing in 2021 that the Justice Department was being too hard on those who broke into the Capitol compared with the people arrested during racial injustice protests following George Floyd’s 2020 murder.

…Chutkan criticized McFadden’s suggestion days later.

People gathered all over the country last year to protest the violent murder by the police of an unarmed man. Some of those protesters became violent,” Chutkan said during an October 2021 hearing.

“But to compare the actions of people protesting, mostly peacefully, for civil rights, to those of a violent mob seeking to overthrow the lawfully elected government is a false equivalency and ignores a very real danger that the Jan. 6 riot posed to the foundation of our democracy.”

Of course we now know, contrary to Chutkan’s assertion, that Floyd died of a drug overdose.

But that’s not the point.

The point is:

BLM Demonstrations Good! Pro-Trump Demonstrations Bad!

Got it?

Needless to say, Chutkan is showing herself to be at best a fool in saying the Jan 6 event was an attempt to overthrow anyone. Why would any group intending such a thing not bring any guns, of which they apparently owned plenty? (VDARE.com spotted this immediately: CAPITOL “INSURRECTION” HOAX: How Our Lying Press Would Have Spun Jan 6 Protest If Trump Were A Democrat [VIDEO] .)

And Chutkan’s characterization of the Floyd disturbance as “mostly peaceful” is simply a lie. For example:

And Steve Sailer’s joke:

I see that Chutkan’s husband Peter S. Krauthamer retired as an associate judge of the D.C. Superior Court on June 30th this year. Perhaps this was to take up his far more important retirement job of raising the IQ level and moderating the intemperance of his wife’s behavior in court.

Of course, the Washington D.C. Federal judicial court district is located in an area which is 62% non-white and which voted 92.15% for Biden in 2020.

Even 50 years ago, as Geoff Shepard noted in his magisterial discussion of judicial misbehavior The Real Watergate Scandal, Republicans had concluded a fair trial in DC was impossible. Now the District is simply a political guillotine for white Republicans.

See James Fulford’s White Jury In DC, which quotes Neal Freeman as saying that when Reagan aide Lyn Nofziger was railroaded on political charges in 1988, he faced a jury of his peers: “as it happened, 12 black peers from the District of Columbia, who if the law of averages means anything had voted against Ronald Reagan with aberrational intensity.”[ Justice – Lyn Nofziger’s conviction, National Review, August 5, 1988]

It should be merged with one of the adjacent Districts in an attempt to restore some fairness.

Nevertheless, how the Judge Chutkan behaves is going to contribute a lot to how the American people perceive the legitimacy of the trial.

I confidently predict that the Regime Media is going to have to do some major repression.

And we at VDARE.com have a particular reason to think Chutkan should be disqualified. Born in Jamaica, she almost certainly has a crowd of relatives in the US, probably many illegally.

Remember Obama? See

and

And those people came from Kenya, a lot further than Jamaica!

She certainly will have crowds of relatives and faux relatives anxious to get their snouts into the US welfare trough.

How could such a person be expected to view Trump, the most effective Immigration Patriot President since Eisenhower? (See Eisenhower’s “Operation Wetback” Worked Beautifully – But Ike Had ‘Political Will’ ?)

To put it mildly, Chutkan has a colossal conflict of interest.

The same might well apply to her husband, Peter Krauthamer. It looks very likely that he has an ethnic animus on the subject.

Do Trump’s lawyers have the courage to raise this issue?

It will tell us a lot about their caliber.

  1. As far as the Democrats are concerned, Chutkan has all the qualifications one needs to be a judge, she’s angry, black and biased. Also, she’ll follow orders if they make it worth her while.

As far as the Democrats are concerned…

Don’t kid yourself, Joe. It’s not a Republican v Democrat thing. Never has been. Don’t you think Republicans could stop (or at least seriously impede) Merrick ‘Don’t check my Early Life’ Garland’s witch hunt if they had a mind for it?

Truth is, mainstream Repubs (which are most of them) are tacitly on board with Garland, because they (and their donors) don’t want Yellow Man to ‘spoil’ the next election. It’s just that they are mostly too cowardly to come right out and admit it, preferring to wring their hands, acting moderately frustrated. Say what you will about a worm like Mitt, at least he is honest about it.

When asked, only Vivek and De Santos came out against the prosecution. They understand the writing on the wall. If it can be done to Trump, it can be done to them.

Typical of Nimarata, she replied she was ‘tired of it’, wanted to ‘move on’, then started to bleat about how China is the real problem. Hurd, Christie, and Pence did what was expected of them.

As far as this blurb from Vdare? What a joke that site is. Memo to Cleburne: It’s not the ‘communists’ behind it all, Pat. LOL

The now regular appearence of blankly negative and defeatist essays in comment threads makes me wonder if the other side is engaging in a Hasbara operation.

  4. One of the many ‘theoretical’ pro-Free Speech arguments: silencing someone makes him a ‘martyr’.

    It is applicable here.

Impeach Trump, indict Trump. Had enough? No? Jail Trump, then! Yeah, yeah. Do it, Dems!

    “Streisand Effect” incoming for y’all!

Just like an MD, a judge is a judge is a judge. Excepting gross incompetence or criminality, it is next to impossible to disbar a lawyer.

Well, Pat (or is it Patrick?), it’s really difficult to know who is doing what, without a program. And then you have to know who is publishing the flyer.

The best way to know is via long-term analysis of those you follow. Sooner or later the truth will appear, even if it manifests only obliquely.

Also, when laying blame, or attempting find out who is responsible, always look as far upstream as you can. Find out where the bucks are coming from, who is handing them out, and where the money trail stops.

All that, plus pattern recognition. Quick ‘soundbites’ are not helpful. Are they fascists, or communists? Or does the pattern reveal something else? Something more integral?

For instance, Zero Hedge that you mention. Much of their daily material is sourced from the Epoch Times, alleged to be a Falun Gong operation, which is strongly anti-Mainland, pro Taiwan separatist. Which, (for ET) indicates at least the possibility of a Western Intelligence link, or partial funding.

Now, that is not to say that the news you get from ET (or ZH) is necessarily bogus, or questionable per se. It just means you have to know as much as possible about your sources. Only then can one make a reasonable judgement.

Finally, as far as ZH commenting goes (or, for that matter, the comments on Unz, or any other virtual place), it is easy enough to gauge those that don’t have any meat on them–everyone knows examples. Usually goofball one-liners: “Why don’t we just nuke ’em off the face of the planet!” et al.

I will say that ZH used to have, if not always prescient comments, at least a lot of funny replies. Now comments range about 70-30 against anything worthwhile, and it’s kind of rare to even get a laugh.

  7. During the 2020 campaign at every rally Trump would love to boast how he lowered black unemployment. Poetic justice?
