I have a question about journalism with respect to this article. At the top of the article, it says “500 words”. But when I do a word count of those comments written only by Anglin, I come up with a mere 182 words. The rest are just snippets and inserts lifted directly from other sources such as twatter.

So my questions are: Does this format represent good standards of journalism? Is this the ‘new normal’ for journalists? Does Anglin consider himself to be a journalist, or instead a columnist? But to tell you what I do know. I do know that I am alot more comfortable around the southerners like Tamils than I am around the northerners. They seem to be much more down to earth and less pushy.
