I never watched “Two and a Half Men,” or much of anything from the 21st Century. But I do remember when one of the stars of that show became a Christian and asked people not to watch his own show:

A lot of South Koreans movies from 2000 to 2012ish I really liked, “My Way”, “Tae Guk Gi”, others historical movies that I forgot the names, Oldboy, Memories of Murder, the list could go on, i wonder if they maintained that quality since or if the (((woke))) affected them too.

U.S. Actor Johnny Strong who was best known for “Blackhawk Down” left Hollywood and has been making Indies because he wanted his “action” movies to have a purpose like the HK films he admires.

His latest movie, “Warhorse One” was actually distributed by Well Go USA which also distributes lots of newer HK films.

I watched a few HK movies as a kid on French TV (there wasn’t a lot of them trust me) and liked them but never really thought about checking how they evolved later until something like 2006 when one of the DVD/Books/Games store in my area opened a very small Asian Cinema DVD section, I thought it would be mainly HK and Japanese movies but to my surprise it was mainly HK and South Korean with few Japanese movies, that’s when I bought Old Boy and Tae Guk Gi, the first Korean movies I ever watched and I wasn’t disappointed to say the least.

I watched others along the years but not that many I think (I have a terrible memory), I do remember in 2013 torrenting… I mean buying of course, a crap load of South Korean movies and watching one everyday, it was mostly historical/war/spy stuff with a few crime things, I don’t remember the names of most of them but I remember not even one was bad, and most were good to very good, the Man from Nowhere is in my torrent list so I watched it but couldn’t tell you anything about it frankly, I just don’t remember what it was about, I also watched the Chinese movie City of Life and Death that year which apparently managed to piss both Chinese and Japanese people at the same time, I don’t have a horse in that fight and I just enjoyed the film a lot (well “enjoy” is maybe the wrong term for what this movie described).

I haven’t watched any Asian movies since that year, and I haven’t watched much movies at all since then, the crap coming from France and the US has been pretty much constant since then, you have to find the few descent movie here and there and there isn’t a whole lot of them.

If “true christians” follow the “old testament” as the authoritative word of God, they certainly do endorse hatred, and much worse than just calling someone an animal. Needless cruelty and murder and atrocity as well. Try to justify or explain these away:

Yes, I mean address and justify each atrocity specifically, that the bible says was committed by God or commanded by God.

And stop pretending to know God’s will “exactly.” None of us does. Not me, not you, not your counterpart babbling zealots in islam or hinduism etc. Some of us are just honest enough to acknowledge it.

Then try to explain away racist jesus calling a Canaanite woman a DOG when she pleaded with him to help her son. Many have tried, unpersuasively. And why should such efforts be needed so often to explain what jesus “really” meant? (Ask yourself as well: would a perfect, just, loving God hand us a collection of “holy” books that need constant reams of explanation and logical contortion to dispel the nasty, sometimes vile meanings to which the words of his “prophet” are so readily amenable?)

Yet the absurdities in “the” bible make sense to you.
