The court ruled that the parents “must embrace their 17-year-old daughter’s sex change or face potential criminal charges.”

The ruling reads:

“The situation complained of cannot therefore be remedied by interpretation. Nor can it be concluded that there is a loophole per se that would have to be filled by the courts.”

“It would therefore be up to the federal legislature, if necessary, to amend the system as it currently stands under the Act, from which the Federal Court cannot derogate, since it is not its role to interfere in matters that are the responsibility of the federal legislature. It follows that the complaint must be dismissed.”

What does this even mean?

Is there a law saying that parents must embrace a child’s sex change? The court does not cite such a law.

Rather, it seems that the court is saying that the federal legislature has passed no law which grants parents the right to oppose a child’s sex change.

Is this not an interpretation? The court is saying that the absence of a law protecting parents’ rights must indicate that the legislature supports children’s rights.

The article says, “the high court maintained that they were not permitted to intervene in the case because of the country’s separation of powers.”

But this is exactly what the court is doing! They are simply intervening in a manner that conforms to the court’s ideology. They don’t care about the separation of powers.

By the time that the parents expose the court’s hypocrisy and that it acted in bad faith, their daughter will have already suffered irreparable harm.

God, please help these parents in their time of need.

Because you are mind-fucking people by telling them they live under some kind of fair and just system, while every fiber of their being, and logic, and conscience, is screaming the exact opposite in their heads!

Currently more than 1/3 of Swiss legislators are women — imagine men replacing all those women — I don’t know the breakdown (men vs women) of the vote on the laws behind this, but I believe it’s extremely unlikely such laws would’ve been introduced and passed with only men in the Swiss Federal Assembly.

Also 14 of 38 (37%) judges on the Federal Supreme Court of Switzerland are women, but the court perhaps had little choice in this matter given current law.

The Royal Commission, in my firm opinion, was a despicable farce. Eventually charges against Lawrence were concocted, and a jury took forty-five minutes, plus tea and bickies, to find her innocent. And what did her male colleagues in the “Labor’ Party in Federal politics do? Why, stabbed her in the back, as well, too gutless or uninterested to defend a ‘comrade’. This country is SO utterly fucked.
