Federal firearm application: Forcing American citizens to self-declare “illegal” “drug” use and/or addiction is a violation of several Constitutional rights.

In the unjust police state the American injustice system has produced, one could pass an employment drug test in California, where THC is discounted, and then spend time in a federal prison if the government got possession of these lab tests, and that person exercised their Second Ammendment rights.

If you apply for a medical marijuana permit for example, in a “medical-only” state, and fill out a firearm purchase form, you have just set yourself up for a federal felony conviction, and people have been sent to prison and carry permanent conviction records in this example.

Incidentally, marijuana use and possession is illegal in all fifty states and all US territories. There is no exception to this fact. So far, with limited exceptions, these laws are not enforced in states that have declared marijuana to be legal for recreational use. (For example, people have been arrested in Colorado for personal possession on federal land.) By law as of today, federal police can arrest every registered medical user, every person involved in growing or distribution, bank personnel involved in marijuana business transactions, and potentially service personnel (electricians, landscape maintenance crews, etc.) that service a marijuana business.

When the need arose, ordinary citizens were “deputized” and were given limited “police authority” at the discretion of the “sheriff”. This was used during emergencies when there was a need for “manpower”.
Today, this has morphed into the need for permanently appointed sheriff’s deputies.
In order for a sheriff to be elected (and re-elected) he has to have a good reputation among the citizenry.
Accountability to the citizenry is a major part of the equation.
Fast forward to today, where the “chief of police” (who is appointed by the mayor) in the major urban areas (cities) is a political “hack” whose allegiance is to the mayor and power structure, not the citizenry. Let me site just one example from the autopsy report that proves the victims were not killed by what have been identified as their fatal injuries.

The Goldman autopsy report records that he sustained two knife wounds to the lower tight lung. Yet only 200 ml of free blood were found in his pleural cavity. That’s such a miniscule amount of free blood flowing from that injury that it’s impossible it was inflicted while Goldman was alive. Moreover, as any film showing the effects of lung injuries demonstrates, a person sustaining such an injury will soon be bleeding through his mouth as the wound that severs the air exchange sacs in the lung that separates each sac with a membrane so only air is on one side and blood on the other let blood into the area where the air enters from the outside. This severing of the membrane thus allows blood to flow into the air portion of the sac , which is then sucked out through the pulmonary tract into the mouth while the victim continues to breathe until he dies.

The Goldman autopsy report, however, specifically records that no blood was found in the mouth.

That is impossible if the knife wounds to the lungs were inflicted while Goldman was alive, leaving only one possible conclusion to be reached from these findings: Goldman was dead and had stopped breathing and bleeding when the lung injuries were inflicted. Since that makes it impossible the lung wounds were one of the fatal injuries, he was killed by unidentified means when it is impossible the lung injury was fatal.

It is also equally impossible that the two half inch wounds to the abdominal aorta were fatal injuries because only 100 ml of liquid blood was found in the abdominal cavity.

So then, dear sir, pray tell how Goldman was killed when it is impossible that he succumbed to either of the two fatal injuries identified in the autopsy report.

And until you do, your conclusion that the jury allowed a murderer to get asway with it is pure rubbish and a complete lie.

And it is the lies you thereby propagate about the case that has been used to promote racial and ethnic prejudices that have have helped create and foster the antagonisms between groups that exist today.

AS the song in South Pacific notes, “You have got to be carefully taught to hate and fear” those who are different, and it was driving that lesson home to the American people that the year-long spectacle of the Simpson case was all about.
