I personally favour homeschooling by parents or private tutors. I have no use for “public education”, a bad idea if there was ever one, and really unnecessary. Most things can be learnt through apprenticeship or by yourself. Certainly there shouldn’t be any mandatory education, and certainly not beyond the elementary grades (reading, writing and basic math).

At one time myself I wasn’t real crazy about homeschooling. This was BEFORE the good whites let pervs and fags choose the curriculum. I live in one of these places , my daughters graduating class 2 years ago was under 30 kids . This makes a massive difference on how much education kids are receiving. When I was a 6th grader in 1981 we had a teacher that made us read Animal Farm. She promised after we all read it we would get to watch the animated film. We did end up watching it. When my daughter was in Jr. High at a parent /teacher conference we were talking about good books for the kids to read , I suggested Animal Farm. The teachers had no idea what I was taking about . The more of these conferences I went to over the years I realized I had far more knowledge about , everything than these teachers did . I thought teachers should at least know more about what kids should be learning than I do. This is not the case .

Going back to around 2009 or 10 our little school here decided it would be a good time to abandon cursive . Their thought process was the kids don’t need it as everyone uses computers. I disagreed and so did most of the parents so the schools kept it in place and as far as I know cursive is still being taught . One thing my daughter was never shown were the 1960s race riots . When I was a young man we were shown many a film about Alabama etc.. think footage of fire hoses . At the time as a young man I thought wow, those blacks had it bad .
