As you may have noticed, I called off the iSteve fundraising drive regularly scheduled for April 2020 because times were tough all over. They are still tough but now I really need the money.

Also, it was another good month at the iSteve branch of the Unz Review. Despite persecution by Facebook and Google, pages viewed broke the 1000000 pages viewed milestone in June. I’m particularly impressed and thankful for your writing 1.7 million words of comments in June.

On the negative side, The Establishment appears to be suffering a nervous breakdown and is increasingly blaming crimethinkers who notice stuff for all the ills of the world. As a thought criminal, the fact that all the contradictions in the conventional wisdom that I’ve been pointing out for, roughly, ever are coming to a head is both gratifying — it’s nice to be proven right — and alarming — since the reaction of the powerful but wrong is increasingly to lash out in rage at the weak but right.

So, time will tell.

Large or small, I find each donation to be a personal message of encouragement to keep doing what I’m doing. I more or less figured out the basic logic of the 21st Century, which hasn’t made me popular, but with your support I can keep on keeping on pointing out how the world works.

Here are eight ways for you to contribute to me, iSteve:

First: You can use Paypal (non-tax deductible) by going to the page on my old blog here. Paypal accepts most credit cards. Contributions can be either one-time only, monthly, or annual. (Monthly is nice.)

Second: You can mail a non-tax deductible donation to:

Steve Sailer
P.O Box 4142
Valley Village, CA 91617

Third: You can make a tax deductible contribution via VDARE by clicking here.

Please don’t forget to click my name at the VDARE site so the money goes to me:

Screenshot 2017-12-23 15.25.23

VDARE has been kiboshed from use of Paypal for being, I dunno, EVIL. But you can give via credit cards, Bitcoin, Ethereum and Litecoin, check, money order, or stock.

Note: the VDARE site goes up and down on its own schedule, so if this link stops working, please let me know.

Fourth: if you have a Wells Fargo bank account, you can transfer money to me (with no fees) via Wells Fargo SurePay/Zelle. Just tell WF SurePay/Zelle to send the money to my ancient AOL email address steveslrAT aol.com — replace the AT with the usual @). (Non-tax deductible.) Please note, there is no 2.9% fee like with Paypal or Google Wallet, so this is good for large contributions.

Fifth: if you have a Chase bank account (or even other bank accounts), you can transfer money to me (with no fees) via Chase QuickPay/Zelle (FAQ). Just tell Chase QuickPay/Zelle to send the money to my ancient AOL email address (steveslrATaol.com — replace the AT with the usual @). If Chase asks for the name on my account, it’s StevenSailer with an n at the end of Steven. (Non-tax deductible.) There is no 2.9% fee like with Paypal or Google Wallet, so this is also good for large contributions.

Sixth: send money via the Paypal-like Google Wallet to my Gmail address (that’s isteveslrATgmail .com — replace the AT with a @). (Non-tax deductible.)

Seventh: [Warning: Does this still work?] You can use Bitcoin using Coinbase. Coinbase payments are not tax deductible. Below are links to two Coinbase pages of mine. This first is if you want to enter a U.S. dollar-denominated amount to pay me.

Pay With Bitcoin (denominated in U.S. Dollars)

This second is if you want to enter a Bitcoin-denominated amount. (Remember one Bitcoin is currently worth many U.S. dollars.)

Pay With Bitcoin (denominated in Bitcoins)

If Coinbase isn’t working, what other Bitcoin intermediaries would you recommend? My goal is to not get audited by the IRS. The SPLC has been out to get me via the IRS for about 15 years, so I am fastidious about paying my taxes. For several years, Coinbase instantly transformed any Bitcoin donations into cash so I didn’t have to worry about the cost basis of capital gains on Bitcoin, but instead just reported income.

Eighth: At one reader’s request, I recently added Square as an 8th fundraising medium, although I’m vague on how it works. If you want to use Square, send me an email telling me how much to send you an invoice for. Or, if you know an easier way for us to use Square, please let me know.

Thanks.

  1. If you say you really need it, I believe you and I will help out.

  2. Steve, I appreciate that you not only think interesting thoughts, but organize and share them as essays. Your recent Taki’s columns have been a string of triples and home runs.

2019 wasn’t good for the ic1000s, and (no surprise) The Current Year is yet worse. But I’m managing to hit the tip jar. So much the better if your occasional reminders spur other frequent commenters to do the same.

I'm not at all trying to tell you how much to donate to iSteve, Mungertie, but dammit, why give the NY Times a single cent? I'd give that money to George Floyd's reprobate brother before the NY Times. Steve Sailer reads the whole thing so we don't have to, yea!

Mr. Sailer, my fiscal year got extended a bit with the Kung Flu nonsense, but since I got another extension that puts me in good shape, the usual bit will come shortly. (I was thinking of it about 2 days before this post, I promise.)

A Herculean task, but not impossible. Any one of these alternative platforms is not going to be able to do it but if they all banded together they have a sliver of a chance. If Bitchute, Gab, Parler, Vdare, Unz, DDG, etc. pool their resources they might be able to float an alternative ecosystem. They are not direct competitors so that may aid cooperation. Of course I'm not a tech guy so I don't really know the details.

What I do know is that a lot of these internet companies that have natural monopolies due to network effects--things like Facebook for example--don't look as invincible as I once thought. The chink in their armor is the censorship stuff. That's the one centrifugal force that tends towards multiple platforms, multiple networks, all the other forces tend to push towards consolidation.

Anyway I will send some cashmoney.

Their easiest route would be to ally with homos for this one issue. It makes no sense to apply bigamy laws to same-sex "marriages". The only argument for denying a man multiple husbands is the one that denies him just one.

Either a right is being violated, or it's not a right.

    They are not "similarly situated".

When things get so balled up that the people of a country have to cut loose from some other country, and go it on their own hook without asking no permission from nobody, excepting maybe God Almighty, then they ought to let everybody know why they done it, so that everybody can see they are on the level, and not trying to put nothing over on nobody. All we got to say on this proposition is this: first, you and me is as good as anybody and maybe a damn sight better; second, nobody ain’t got no right to take away none of our rights; third, every man has got a right to live, to come and go as he pleases, and to have a good time however he likes, so long as he don’t interfere with nobody else.

Thanks for your fine and unique service.

  40. LOL No, Steve, believe it or not April came and went without me noticing your tin cup wasn’t rattling. I would probably postpone the next one until October instead of your usual August.

  41. Count me in by weeks end Steve. . This Canadian actually gives a shit what’s happening to you guys. You are our cousins after all. My family has relatives on the Upper Michigan Peninsula.

It may cost me thousands to send you 50 bucks…LOL

I’ll try to send you something, Steve. Keep up the good work.

I was thinking about asking Steve to make iSteve t-shirts, but it's a moot point these days after seeing what happened to Mike Gundy when the Twitter mob chimped-out and went berserk on him for wearing a simple, innocent OAN t-shirt .

The mad Twittering mob rules society today.

That’s okay, you can slap a sticker on a utility pole or a corkboard at your local college.

The value of the U.S. dollar is based on the existence of the United States.

If Biden wins, we won’t have a country, so you might as well give your money to Steve, and be generous, if it’ll make him feel any better.

OT: A bunch of hyperventillating (non-POC) New York liberals (on Manhattan's Community Educational Council) accuse each other of witchcraft racism. The comments are closed (which means they must have been good). This ought to go viral.

  47. Steve,
Part of your fundraising drives should be explaining your comment approval decisions so we know why our comments sit in moderation for so long and sometimes never get approved. Transparency!

I wonder if people have actually tried that purely for taxes purposes. You potentially get a better tax bill while not needing to worry about a nasty divorce messing up your personal/business finances.

Any word of Mormon fundamentalists or African immigrant polygamists trying to take advantage of the abolishment of DOMA (Defense of Marriage Act?) How that will work under existing marriage law and divorce court is beyond my imagination.

Their easiest route would be to ally with homos for this one issue. It makes no sense to apply bigamy laws to same-sex “marriages”. The only argument for denying a man multiple husbands is the one that denies him just one.

Either a right is being violated, or it’s not a right.

    They are not “similarly situated”.

  49. After being an iSteve reader for some time, I have finally cleared my conscience by setting up a small monthly recurring donation. Thank you for your work, Mr. Sailer.
