Shot. [Black drivers in Missouri are 91% more likely to be stopped than white drivers, a report finds, CNN, June 11, 2019]:

Black drivers are 91% more likely than whites to be pulled over by police, a report from the Missouri Attorney General has found.

The disparity is the highest in the 19 years the vehicle stops report has been conducted, Scott Decker, one of the people who prepared the report, told CNN.
African Americans compose 10.9% of Missouri’s driving age population, but 19.2% of all vehicle stops in 2018, according to the report released May 31.
The report examined 1,539,477 vehicle stops from 596 law enforcement agencies in the state.
People of other races — including whites, Hispanics, Asians and Native Americans — were stopped at rates “well below” their portion of the driving-age population, the report said.
Chaser. Missouri is 83 percent white and 12 percent black. In 2018, the Missouri Uniform Crime Report shows there were 406 arrests for homicide in the state: blacks were 279 of those arrested or 69 percent of the total.
Curiously, this information is never fit for printing in any publication in the state of Missouri or by any national news outlet.
So what’s the math for how much more likely blacks are likely to be arrested for homicide in the state of Missouri (or to rephrase, how much more likely blacks are to commit murder than whites)?

  1. I don’t know if it’s poor education, or growing stupidity (in a welfare state, stupid people always reproduce more than smart people, so the populace gets dumbed down), but few people now comprehend ratio and proportion than in the past.

Since I first started commenting anywhere on the internet in 1998, I’ve noticed that a majority of the populace always see black arrest stats as indicative of prejudice, instead of an indicator of the outrageous and disproportional black crime rate. They decide everyone, except their superior selves are racist. They never hold blacks accountable for their huge, and uncontrolled crime rate. So that rate is actually encouraged instead of being discouraged.

I think a lot of the ignorance of ratio is propagated by television and the media. As we have said here many times before, aliens learning about the United States just from watching television broadcasts would naturally assume the population of the country was at least half black. Most children raised in this country in the past 30 years who have been exposed to this propaganda 24/7 their entire lives accept this as fact. Thus, any one of these "disparate impact" statistics is processed under the assumption that all other things are equal including the number of whites and blacks in this country.

I think you’re like me, Augustus: born in the 40’s or thereabouts, living in relative tranquility in the 50’s and early 60’s.

And then , because of several convergent factors, seeing the country go crazy in the second half of the 60’s.

I wasn’t much into politics then, but was a Democrat and I certainly was for the underdog.

So when the riots occurred, I pretty much thought; hey these people have been held down and mistreated for so long, they’re simply unleashing all of the pent up anger and frustration of a long-oppressed people. Just watch them take off given the opportunity.

And I waited…and waited. The riots and the rhetoric of injustice continued, but the lot of blacks largely remained the same.

And so the programs and the aid and the favoritism and the speeches continued. Whites changed in terms of opening doors for blacks and offering unprecedented opportunities, and I truly believe, wanting blacks to succeed. Hoping they would.

It didn’t happen. Not in a decade. Not in half a century. True, some are much better off than they would have been during segregation, but our focus is on the majority, which (with outside help), have turned opportunity into exploitation and entitlement, and assimilation into hatred and violence toward their host.
And I changed along the way. Persistent truth had her way with me.

I guess we “old timers” are even more frustrated than younger people, because we’ve seen the same-old-same-old for so long. And we see young people programmed into believing the old siren song of egalitarianism, when we know it’s plain and simple bullshit.

What passes for "conservative" today might blame the schools and teachers union for widespread poor black performance. The Right-to-Lifers blame Planned Parenthood and Margaret Sanger for high rates of black abortion. Again, an unwillingness to recognize obvious human difference and hold blacks responsible for their actions.

Blacks love this, of course. They blame their failings on the actions of white folks, which gives them additional excuses for hating whites even more than they already do and demand more stuff.
  2. I was pulled over in a tiny little “town” in Iowa. I had out of state plates and heavily, but legal in my state, tinted windows. It was late fall, and it gets dark early there.

Officer walks up, I could tell he was nervous. Asked what I was doing in town. I told him that I was in town to put flowers on my Grandparent’s grave and on my way to drive past their old house.

He takes my license, walks back to his squad, comes back a short time later and said “I’m sorry Mr. (my last name), I didn’t know you were related to (Grandparents). We chit chatted about town and stuff that had changed. Did I do anything wrong? No. Was I upset? Not at all.

But, Sherm, why? You see, the officer was protecting the town. He didn’t know me. Once he ID’d me he never asked if I had a weapon. He knew our family, so he probably figured I did. He was able to determine, correctly, that I was no threat. That’s actual police work. And this is why blacks are stopped more often. They break the law more frequently.

Reminds me of a story similar to yours. It was a few years ago. I had just flown into Toronto from Vancouver and had to drive another 300 miles to my mothers. It was a horrible winter!! It was almost a complete blizzard. I finally arrived at the small town destination where my Mother lived. The 4-way intersection was blocked by a p0lice cruiser.. he stopped me and asked what I was doing out in this weather and i explained i was in town to attend a funeral. He said he was sorry .. he knew my mother. No other questions.. he never even asked for ID.. never aked for my rental vehicle info. He just said drive safe and get home and sent me on my way. I wasnt scared he was going to shoot me..I didnt mouth off to the cop..He was doing his job. Protecting the streets in nasty weather. Making sure everyone was safe. The car didnt smell like a pot farm and i didnt smell like a bottle of whiskey. These things alone will set off a cop to be even more inquisitive. Negroes think they have every right to break the law and act like they are being singled out when a cop becomes suspicious. Well gee .. go figure.

Just checked. Even the updates only mention the shooting and the riot last night. I guess only those with boots on the ground in Memphis can give us any sort of trustworthy update.

Certainly can’t get one from any news agency(gov’t propaganda service).

Children attending government indoctrination centers - often referred to as public schools - are bombarded with propaganda from day one. Teachers are not much more than professional propagandists. For example, the movie Hidden Figures somehow made it's way into the class curriculum at the local middle school. The grandkids soaked it up as the gospel truth like sea sponges soak up seawater. School serves to expose them to this nonsense and also indoctrinates them into the consumer culture. They can't name a US president other than Lincoln or Obama but they can rattle off a list of name brands like the good little consumers they are indoctrinated to be.

For most, it is too difficult.

I helped a black guy (he paid me $$) rebuild a Quadrajet. He bought a Holley, unplugged all the electronics (80s GM Quadrajet were electronically controlled), then could not get the car to run. Fortunately he didn’t throw away the original carb.

I cleaned out the intake EGR passages, rebuild, adjusted, and tweaked the carb, re-timed the car and set it up perfectly. Ran great (for a 307 Olds), started easily every time, and sailed through emissions.

Within a year, he had f’d it up again.

Most of them just can’t do it.

  13. I remember the story where black people in some northeastern city were complaining that they were being stopped and ticketed unfairly by the cops in a certain area. This was, of course, said to be due to racism. An independent outfit set up camera’s and, lo and behold, blacks were being stopped more than others only because they were commiting traffic violations at a much higher rate than anyone else.

Blacks will always complain when held to account for their own bad behaviors and will spew lies and claim they’re innocent and dindu nuffin and they’re just being targeted and picked on because they’re black. This is usually accompanied by screeches of “white people do it too but ya’ll just let them get away with it!” When no one pays attention to their lies and they aren’t let off and proof is shown that they’re guilty, the same old, tired, worn out race and victim card gets played as if it were a get out of jail free card. They know they’re lying and so does everyone else but they’ll stick to their victimhood narrative and the entire community will support the false narrative so they too can play the victim and tell stories of how they’ve all been “mistreated.” The sweet, innocent black angels just have to hang upon their martyr’s crosses so everyone can see how much they’re “suffering” and “bein’ done wrong.”

Did I mention that black people are full of crap?

They should be forced to pony up for the study, and then made to pay for their defamation of law enforcement when (not IF) it turns out they are full of crap.  Admitting wrongdoing and being blacklisted as vexatious litigants should be mandatory; neither the complainers nor their counsel should be allowed to pursue any such claim ever again.

Police identified the man fatally shot by a Boost Mobile store clerk during an alleged armed robbery attempt in Overland Park Monday evening as Deshawn L. Brim of Raytown.

The shooting was reported about 7:45 p.m. at the mobile phone store near 76th Street and Metcalf Avenue.

A man had entered the store, displayed a firearm and demanded items, police said. When the man jumped over the counter, the store clerk shot him.

Started 1st grade in '53. Graduated college in '69. Even helped register black voters for one of my classes. We could probably be twins. '70 to '72 in Army. I worked until '83 and was laid off. Took Postal Service test and scored 93 of 100. Got 5 points added as a veteran. Friends in Postal Service said that 98 would guarantee a job in a few months, but blacks were getting 20 points by that time, so I had no chance. Had a hard time finding job in Rust Belt. Worked for peanuts and drove 130 miles round trip just to have job.

Watched Hispanic woman in California who got a free 2 bedroom apartment. She had 2 small kids and one on the way. She got food stamps and $750 monthly, but was upset that she didn't get a 3 bedroom.

I had to drive forever and work overtime a lot to clear that much. I've advanced since then, but my race fatigue had started and it never got better through several jobs and the rest of my life. Sound somewhat familiar, bro?

When no one pays attention to their lies and they aren't let off and proof is shown that they're guilty, the same old, tired, worn out race and victim card gets played as if it were a get out of jail free card. They know they're lying and so does everyone else but they'll stick to their victimhood narrative and the entire community will support the false narrative so they too can play the victim and tell stories of how they've all been "mistreated." The sweet, innocent black angels just have to hang upon their martyr's crosses so everyone can see how much they're "suffering" and "bein' done wrong."

Did I mention that black people are full of crap?

I remember the story where black people in some northeastern city were complaining that they were being stopped and ticketed unfairly by the cops in a certain area. This was, of course, said to be due to racism. An independent outfit set up camera’s and, lo and behold, blacks were being stopped more than others only because they were commiting traffic violations at a much higher rate than anyone else.

Blacks will always complain when held to account for their own bad behaviors and will spew lies and claim they’re innocent and dindu nuffin and they’re just being targeted and picked on because they’re black. The Old South used to know how to deal with this sort of thing.  Oh, if only we could recover that lost wisdom!

"A man had entered the store, displayed a firearm and demanded items, police said. When the man jumped over the counter, the store clerk shot him."

A fine example of real "gun" control. No one else was struck by stray shots. The shooter held their fire until the perp became an imminent threat.

Eliminated the need for a trial and a stay in the penal system.

Not just that, he put a happy ending on the robbery story AND accepted the room-temperature challenge.

I SO love happy endings!  <sniff>

Started 1st grade in ’53. Graduated college in ’69. Even helped register black voters for one of my classes. We could probably be twins. ’70 to ’72 in Army. I worked until ’83 and was laid off.

She got food stamps and $750 monthly, but was upset that she didn’t get a 3 bedroom.

I had to drive forever and work overtime a lot to clear that much. I’ve advanced since then, but my race fatigue had started and it never got better through several jobs and the rest of my life. Sound somewhat familiar, bro?

I don't know if it's poor education, or growing stupidity (in a welfare state, stupid people always reproduce more than smart people, so the populace gets dumbed down), but few people now comprehend ratio and proportion than in the past.

Since I first started commenting anywhere on the internet in 1998, I've noticed that a majority of the populace always see black arrest stats as indicative of prejudice, instead of an indicator of the outrageous and disproportional black crime rate. They decide everyone, except their superior selves are racist. They never hold blacks accountable for their huge, and uncontrolled crime rate. So that rate is actually encouraged instead of being discouraged.

What passes for “conservative” today might blame the schools and teachers union for widespread poor black performance.

  27. @CENTURION
    You are not needed here.

I think you may have taken my statement out of context. Believe me we’re in the same page here.

  28. I don’t know if it’s poor education, or growing stupidity (in a welfare state, stupid people always reproduce more than smart people, so the populace gets dumbed down), but few people now comprehend ratio and proportion than in the past.

I would bet indoctrination is really the issue. Whites are raised to reject anything related to race that is outside egalitarian assumptions. White men use ratios in sports and women use them in cooking. I think most Whites have basically a mental block. The egalitarian propaganda coming from the media and colleges is extremely effective and few Whites are able to consider the possibility that it’s completely baseless. They might be skeptical but still assume it is at least half true.

As for dysgenics there was a study a while back that showed Caucasian heads were getting bigger. I would of course be skeptical of such a claim giving the dumbing down of society but it backs what rumors I have heard from the medical world on how more women are needed c-sections. In that same study they supposedly only studied Caucasians because of limited data but that smells like BS. I have to wonder if they studied Blacks and found the opposite or no gains. This is probably due to welfare dysgenics. I remember reading another study that found college educated Black women were heavily single. Moron Democrats are basically breeding out smarter Blacks. They are also probably magnifying aggression and other traits. This would explain why Black cities have had an increase in homicide rates while nationally they have gone down.

Negroes are not really into car maintenance. Most probably get stopped for having a broken light. When I lived in FL and SC, many of the cars on the side of the road with the hood up were driven by negroes.

Based on what you observed, do you think that's related to an inability to understand the function underneath the form (the syndrome which underlies magical thinking like cargo-cultism) or something else?

My thoughts are they can follow simple instructions, any progression that can be put in writing. Trouble begins when decision have to be made.

    If (A>100)
    Do(this)
    Else
    Do(that)

Any decision based on their ability to assess the situation is even worse.

Anything requiring an actual diagnosis on their part is a coin toss at best.

Without question. But compounded by an unwillingness to learn. That is not unique to blacks, nor universal within the subset.

By and large I have seen and experienced that they see no value in the discipline of any process, seeking only the outcome.

To him - car slow, make car fast, now car no run, take car to white guy, dang white guy want $, he make car go.

I made him a couple page sheet that explained what I did and how, along with how to no f it up again.

Someone got in there and messed it up. Whatever. I got my Benjamin’s. I moved and never heard from him again.

I can hear the screeching now....
But, but, but...... how else iz he posed to make a call to his momma wiffout a sailfoam??
How can order a pizza for hiz keeeds??

HAHA. Loved your comment. It puzzles me why American-born blacks can’t speak proper English. Annoys the hell out of me. Even the “educated” ones always say AX without fail. I wish they would all drop dead or get the hell out of the United States.
